Terms and Conditions

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all products sold by Glucibox. They are fully applicable to any contract concluded between Glucibox and its customers within mainland France, regardless of the place of delivery. No exceptions to these terms will be allowed without written agreement from Glucibox. Any conditions posed by the buyer that contradict these general terms of sale, whether in their general purchasing conditions or any other document, will be unenforceable against the seller, regardless of how they were brought to the seller's attention.

- Orders and Execution

Any order placed with Glucibox is firm and final for the client upon Glucibox's receipt of a purchase order (or any other document indicating an order). The unavailability of a product due to stock shortage or its removal from the site shall not result in the cancellation of the entire order nor entitle the client to any compensation from Glucibox. The products shown on the website https://www.glucibox.fr/ are offered for sale only within mainland France.

- Prices

Prices are listed inclusive of all taxes but do not include shipping costs. Any applicable or future applicable rights and taxes will be charged as an additional cost.

- Payment terms

Prices listed on the site include taxes. When paying by credit card or PayPal, customers are directed to the secure site of our financial partner. The bank authorization request is encrypted, and the process is identical to a traditional transaction with a credit card terminal. A payment confirmation for the order is issued by Glucibox and sent by email once the order amount has been paid.

- Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedures

The consumer has a withdrawal period of 7 days starting from the date of receipt. Should the consumer exercise this right, Glucibox commits to refunding the sums paid within 15 days of receiving the returned merchandise, accompanied by a written refund request, without any charges. Delivery costs remain due and will not be refunded if the user returns all or part of the order under the withdrawal right.

Returns should be sent to the address provided by Glucibox, unless otherwise instructed, using any carrier of the user’s choice, who should retain proof of shipment. Shipping costs and risks related to the return are the responsibility of the user.

In case of a refund for returned products, the seller will credit the credit card used for payment with an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the products, minus delivery costs and any discount or voucher applied to the order. The user’s refund will be processed in accordance with the terms agreed with the card issuer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in a resellable condition (undamaged, unsoiled by the customer), to the address specified above, accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation. Otherwise, they will not be refunded or exchanged.

- Delivery conditions

Delivery times indicated by Glucibox are for informational purposes only. No compensation will be granted to the client if these times are not met, and no order may be canceled without the express consent of Glucibox.

5-1 - Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are specified according to the rates provided by Glucibox on the website and are payable at the same time as the invoice.

5-2 - Receipt of Orders
Any complaint will only be valid if made within 12 hours following delivery to the client, via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt sent to Glucibox. Without such documentation, no complaint will be accepted. The client should note any reservations on the delivery note. It is the client's responsibility to provide all evidence of the observed anomalies.

- Retention of ownership

Glucibox retains ownership of the products sold until full payment of the principal and ancillary amounts. Payment does not refer to the mere issuance of an obligation to pay (bill of exchange or other). Failure to pay any installment may result in the claim of the products. The provisions above do not prevent, upon delivery, the transfer to the buyer of the risk of loss or deterioration of the goods, as well as any damage they may cause.

The parties expressly agree that the Commercial Court shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, with the application of French law.

- Information

The client declares that they have read and unreservedly accept Glucibox’s terms and conditions of sale, as reproduced above. By express agreement between Glucibox and the client, these terms and conditions are governed by and subject to the application of French law.
